We could sell the all idea, a % of stock, or joint venture.
Revenue sources:
- Memberships: we are now charging US$12,000 per membership and we have 500 members. You need 1250 memberships to get your investment back. Markets: internal market, neighbor countries and international markets, international sailors on their way to Galapagos Islands, Marquises Islands, Australia, etc. The main competitor Salinas Yacht Club charges a US$65,000 membership. They can't compete with our extended marina new design.
- Maintenance monthly fee, today around $70.

-Hotel: rooms, restaurants, bars, SPA, casino. Could be a stop for international cruises from all around the world. We have first class services in a secure and beautiful environment. Hotel management could be contracted with a first class international operator or we can get local experts to manage it. You decide.

- Fee for non members to enjoy the facilities.
