Estimated price per m2 is below the average market price $1,200 to sell in the lowest possible term.

Costs: lot US$1,500,000
Construction cost 11520 m2 x $500 = US$5,760,000
Total cost: US$7,260,000

Income: US$11,404,800 - $7,260,000 = US$4,144,800
